Orchids 101

New to orchids? Want to go from basics to intermediate, then this class is for you! We will break down the important components of orchid culture to give you a foundation of understanding of what they need. This is a great beginners class.

This class will cover:

What is an orchid?

Where can orchids be found?

Water & Fertilizer - How and when to water/fertilize.

Light - Tips for providing light naturally or artificially (or both).

Maintenance - Recognizing pests and diseases and how to treat them.

And of course when and how to repot!

Q & A - As always, we will have plenty of time for questions.

Plenty of parking exists on Altadena Ave for those of you who are able, we kindly appreciate class attendees leaving parking spaces for those with mobility challenges, little ones, and allows us to keep a flow in our lot when offering free classes.
