Blue Wooley Curl Herb Tea

You’ll need:

  • 2oz of Blue Wooley Curls

  • 0.5oz of 3-4 other dried or fresh herbs such as lavender, mint, rose petals, or leaves from a citrus plant (lemon, orange, loquat)

  • 8 cups water

  • Optional - Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup)

How to Prepare:

  1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat

  2. 1/4th of a cup of fresh herbs, or 2tb dried)

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tea for an additional 5 minutes

  4. Strain the leaves the liquid

  5. Stir in the sweetener, if desired, until dissolved

  6. Chill in the refrigerator and serve poured over ice

Fresh Lemongrass Tea

You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups lemongrass stalks, roughly chopped

  • 4 cups water

  • Optional - Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup)

To Prepare:

  1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat

  2. Add the lemongrass and boil rapidly for 5 minutes

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tea for an additional 5 minutes

  4. Strain the stalks from the liquid

  5. Stir in the sweetener, if desired, until dissolved

  6. Chill in the refrigerator and serve poured over ice

Easy Sun Tea

Sun tea required no electric -

You’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh-picked herb like mint, betony or lemon verbena OR 2 tablespoons dried herbs

  • 3 cups water

  • Large, lidded glass jar

How to Prepare:

  1. Fill jar with water

  2. Add rinsed herbs

  3. Place herbs in jar, seal tightly

  4. Place in a sunny spot for 6-8 hours, giving the jar a shake a couple times over the course of the day
